Frequently asked questions

Do you take my insurance?

That depends on whether your plan has you as a restricted patient or not. There are plans that permit the patient to choose their own dentist, and that cover some or all of the costs of a visit. Each plan is different. We can check your plan and let you know.
For patients looking for additional savings options, we offer a simple alternative to traditional membership plans. You can learn more on our Patient Savings page.

Do you have payment plans?

Yes, we do!
We offer in-office payment plans to qualified patients.

What if I don’t have insurance?

Not a problem.
Many patients do not have dental insurance and pay out-of-pocket. We’ll work with you to make sure you can get done the work you need.

What will my first appointment be like?

As a new patient, we will conduct a detailed dental exam, take a series of digital x-rays, perform a thorough cleaning, discuss the findings from the exam and x-rays, and address any concerns you may have.

How should I interpret online reviews when choosing a dentist?

Online reviews can be helpful, but most patients—even very satisfied ones—do not naturally leave reviews unless they are asked. For this reason, the total number of reviews often reflects how actively they are requested rather than serving as a direct measure of care quality. Our focus remains on providing attentive, thorough care to every patient.
