Our Approach to Patient Reviews
Online reviews can be helpful—but understanding how they come about is equally important.
We believe patients deserve clarity about how online reviews are generated and what they truly represent.
Voluntary Reviews Carry More Meaning
Most patients—even those who are very satisfied—do not naturally leave reviews after dental visits. Unlike restaurants or entertainment experiences, dental care is personal, private, and ongoing. Patients typically express their trust by returning year after year, rather than by posting publicly.
When a patient chooses to share their experience voluntarily, it reflects something genuine.
Review Counts Reflect Request Frequency
Online review totals often reflect how actively reviews are requested, rather than serving as a direct measure of clinical quality or patient satisfaction. Some offices systematically encourage reviews after every visit.
Our approach is different. We believe reviews should arise naturally from the patient’s own initiative.
Our Philosophy Is Simple
We do not offer incentives, gifts, or inducements in exchange for patient reviews. Our focus remains where it belongs—on providing attentive, respectful, and thorough care to every individual who entrusts us with their dental health.
Trust is built through consistency, professionalism, and time—not through solicitation.
Relationships Matter More Than Numbers
We are grateful for every patient who chooses our office, and honored when someone chooses to share their experience publicly. But our true measure of success is the long-term relationships we build and maintain over many years.
Our priority has always been the quality of care we provide—not the quantity of online reviews, but the trust we earn over time.
We have never offered incentives or inducements in exchange for patient reviews.
Our reputation has been built through the experience of our patients—not through the pursuit of online ratings.
